Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Original packaging, unused (like our competition chassis)
  • Requirements: All parts included (bearings, bodyclips, manuals)

Non-Returnable Items

Some high-performance components can’t be returned for safety and quality reasons:

  • Used Airbrush & Accessories (painting equipment)
  • Opened Batteries (LiPo safety protocols)
  • Custom-painted Bodyshells (made-to-order artwork)
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)
