What types of RC models do you specialize in?
We specialize in high-quality 1/10th and 1/8th scale RC vehicles, including electric kits, nitro kits, and Ready-To-Run (RTR) models. Our product range includes buggies, truggies, and performance parts from top brands like Arrma and Agama.
Do you carry parts and accessories for RC models?
Absolutely! We stock a comprehensive selection of accessories including batteries, bearings, bodyshells, airbrush supplies, and performance upgrades to enhance your RC experience.
Are your RC kits suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our Ready-To-Run (RTR) models are perfect for beginners as they come fully assembled with everything needed to start racing right out of the box. For more experienced hobbyists, we offer advanced kits that allow for customization.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your RC gear to you fast. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Raleigh, North Carolina (64 Dola Mine Road, Raleigh, US 27607). We use specialized packaging to ensure your RC models and delicate parts arrive in perfect condition.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking.
Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch.

For time-sensitive orders (like before race day), we recommend choosing Standard Shipping early in the week.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. All international shipments include necessary customs documentation, and we provide clear communication at every stage of the delivery process.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all payment information. You can also choose to checkout through PayPal for an additional layer of security.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If your RC product isn’t quite right, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging. Our team will guide you through the simple return process – just contact us at [email protected].
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Do you provide technical support for RC models?
While we don’t offer in-depth technical support, our team of RC enthusiasts can help with basic setup questions and part identification. For complex technical issues, we recommend consulting your model’s manual or online RC forums dedicated to your specific vehicle.

Most manufacturers provide downloadable manuals on their websites. If you’re having trouble locating a manual, contact us with your model information and we’ll do our best to help you find it.
